Michele Carey, the daughter of Stanley Willard Henson, Jr who was a physician as well as Thelma Henson who was the housewife, was born Michele Lee Henson on February 26th of 1942, in Annapolis, Maryland, United States of America. In her teens, Michele was an accomplished pianist. at the age of thirteen she won a contest during the Chicago Music Festival. Her family settled in Fort Collins in Colorado, and she finished her high school education at Fort Collins High School in 1960. She relocated from Colorado to Los Angeles in order to find better job opportunities. The first time she began modeling started when she signed with the Powers agency. Her love for acting was evident as well, and Hollywood producers were impressed by her work when they still spotted her modeling. The first time she appeared on TV was on The Man from U.N.C.L.E. Michele who happened to be one of the famous American entertainers began her profession as a model. She was employed by the Powers agency, before moving into acting in 1964 on the show The Man from U.N.C.L.E. It was her role in El Dorado 1966 as the principal character Josephine Joey MacDonald who brought more limelight on her. Acting roles in the 1970s and 1960s made her an acclaimed actor.
